I head up our Fintech & Payments division at CRS.
In my 7 years at CRS I have built our Fintech capability from scratch and further developed our capability in the Payments space – including my own team of superstar consultants. We are now a trusted partner to a number of exciting and disruptive brands, from early stage start-ups to global Tier 1 businesses.
Attending industry events is one of my favourite parts of the role. I pride myself on being a natural relationship builder so absolutely love positioning CRS to new clients and i’m always seeking opportunities to expand and develop my network. I host a successful Women in Fintech networking event that runs every Christmas – usually enjoyed over a glass of bubbly and a mince pie!
In my spare time you can find me travelling the world and sampling all the food along the way, complimented by my competitive nature in the gym and running.
As the head of both the Corporate and Asset-Based Lending (ABL) desks at CRS, I bring over a decade of experience in financial services recruitment.
My background also includes working as a business manager at HSBC in the North West before joining the CRS team. This dual perspective has granted me a deeper understanding of both candidate and client needs in the market.
Outside of recruitment, I have a passion for sports! I enjoy taking on new sporting challenges, playing badminton at a high level, occasional golf outings, and skiing in the winter.
Hi, I’m Katie, part of the furniture at CRS having been with the company for 11 years now!
Responsible for the office management and resourcing functions, I manage the administration/social media/accounts functions and company website as well as providing resourcing support to the team. There is never a dull moment at CRS, I love the fact that no two days are the same!
When I’m not tied to my desk you’ll most likely find me on the sidelines cheering my 3 children on playing football or chilling on a spa retreat recovering from the forementioned!

I’ve worked at CRS since 2010 so seen a huge amount of change in the banking sector & can truly say no two years here have been the same! Having been specialising in this area for so long I’m an experienced & professional recruiter, & can say the thrill of finding the perfect person for my clients or securing a candidate their dream role never gets old.
Outside of work I’m a keen runner & enjoy hiking in the beautiful local countryside – if I can cajole my teenagers to join me so much the better! – and am a cocktail aficionado always looking to find the perfect Old Fashioned.

Hi, I’m Ryan and I sit on the Asset Finance desk here at CRS.
I have been at CRS coming up 3 years now after joining in 2021 having been in a recruitment role before this.
My favourite thing about the role is building relationships with clients and candidates alike in the Asset Finance market. Nothing more rewarding than finding a new opportunity for these relationships or successfully filling a role and pleasing the client.
Outside of work I am a big football fan, having a season ticket at Man United (I know, I know) and playing every Saturday as well. I also love travelling, food and film.

I joined in 2022, my favourite thing about my role is building long lasting relationships with clients and candidates and knowing what a significant difference I have made in supporting them fill/find a role. In my spare time I enjoy running (well I did until recently completing my first marathon) all things food, drink and I am a keen festival goer, travelling all over Europe to see my favourite artists.
Hi, I’m Zoe & I head up the Real Estate Finance desk.
I’ve worked at CRS since 2014 and can safely say the market and recruiting in the sector has changed significantly over this period of time. Having worked within the sector personally, I find this has given me a great insight and understanding of the inner workings of a lender and the skills required. The significant time I’ve spent working in this sector has afforded me a great network within the vertical.
Outside of work I’ve got two small children so to be honest trying to find much time outside of them can be challenge, but I love to try and keep myself active with my Street Dancing class and my love of interior design usually finds me working on rooms across mine or friends houses!
